Bowie Squadron Wins Big Again This Year!

A big congratulations to the Bowie Squadron for its outstanding performance over the last year. Unit members took home a number of awards at the annual Maryland Wing Conference and Awards. The ceremony was held in Solomons, Md this past weekend.

The Bowie squadron took home the following awards:

• Group III Squadron of the Year – Bowie Composite Squadron


• Deputy Commander for Cadets of the Year – Maj. Harry Everest


• Public Affairs Officer of the Year – 1st Lt. Julie Holley


• Moral Leadership Officer of the Year – 1st Lt. Julia Bell


• Cadet Junior Officer of the Year – C/Capt. John Brennan

In a separate event later in the evening, Group III was named the Group of the Year. Congratulations to all!
